JOHN DOWNS
John's 30 plus years of in-depth, hands-on knowledge and experience across all facets of the building process including residential, light commercial & development is what sets him apart from others in the industry.
From superintendent to beginning his own construction company, and even his own structural framing company, each home he constructed was also framed by John and his crew.
In his career, he has been involved in many projects in the NW Florida area (Destin, Miramar Beach, 30A, Navarre Beach) and in Alabama (Mountainbrook, Homewood, Vestavia, Greystone, Scottsboro). John also has 20 years’ experience in building material sales, as well as owning two property management companies and a materials-estimating company.
DAVID DEAN
David has been in the Residential Construction and Light Commercial Construction Business for over 41 years.
He has worked with some of the leading architects in the Birmingham, AL and Atlanta, GA areas. Upon moving to the Panama City Beach area David was involved in several multi-million dollar projects in Alys Beach, Sea Grove, and SanDestin.

David’s desire and responsibility is to utilize the latest construction technology and systems to produce the highest quality and most efficient project possible. The end result of the project is just as important to him as it is the customer. "If the project is done correctly, on time, on budget, and the customer is happy, then I've done my job.
